Adapter from RS-Ultimate allows you to mount ITB (Individual Throttle Bodies) from S54B32 to BMW M52 series engines. The adapter is very low and ensures that the ITB is mounted at the right angle to the head (very similar ITB angles are in the original head from M3 S54b32), thanks to which it allows the installation of the original M3 intake manifold in the original E36, E46, Z3 body without modifying the bonnet. An additional advantage of the ITB angular inclination in relation to the head is the setting of the direction of the fuel mixture outlet from the injectors directly to the valves, such a modification ensures the best performance that can be obtained from the ITB assembly. The adapter is screwed directly on the special M7 screws on the original gaskets from the intake manifold from the M52 engine. Subsequently, the ITB is screwed to the adapter also on the original gaskets from ITB S54B32 with M6 screws. All gaskets and screws needed for assembly are included. To mount ITB on our adapter on M52 heads, just unscrew the original pins from the head and replace them with M7 screws when mounting the adapter (we recommend mounting with thread glue). The adapter itself was made of a high-quality PA9 aluminum monolith, which makes it very light, durable and also ensures very good heat dissipation from the engine. The adapter was made of a 5-axis CNC machine tool, which is characterized by the highest possible precision and allows for a perfect fit of the suction channels of the ITB head. Mounting our Adapter and ITB from S54B32 to M52 series engines guarantees a significantly accelerated response to the addition of gas and a large increase in engine power.
